Often, affects woman aged between 40 50 years. According to World Health Organization (WHO), PF has three forms – benign, borderline malignant. The treatment surgical. effects radiotherapy adjuvant chemotherapy are still uncertain. This study reports case 54-years-old patient, feminine, admitted specialty clinic presence left for six years, without seeking any assistance previously. Was submitted be mastectomy tertiary hospital. After procedure, anatomopathological analysis revealed phyllodes tumor. At time reassessment, apresent good looking surgical scar being followed-up clinical oncology motor physiotherapy. patient remains this day quality life no signs recurrence.
